As a child, I was terrified of the look of the human fetus, for some reason. I like to look at the shape now, as it suggests vulnerability. All humans are the same in utero, forming from a single cell into the complex creatures we eventually become. Bodies are absolutely inter-dependent. And all human bodies return to dust, back to the earth. In between, we can once again regain the simplicity we were - if not in form, then in mind. There is nothing apart from the ordinary, from what we are now, whether we are formed or formless.
